We're busy celebrating after a very successful BRC audit, we’ve maintained our “AA” status at our production unit and also passed a Red Tractor Food Standards audit with flying colours...

Shows & Events


After the huge success of a medieval event in our hometown and a fun filled week at the Royal Welsh Show in Builth Wells everyone at Edwards is now looking forward to our next outing - The Anglesey Agricultural Show. Held every year at the Ty Glyn Williams Showground in Holyhead, the event is eagerly anticipated by the team from our high street butchers shop who will be on hand selling tasty pies and sizzling sausages to hungry customers.

Well, what a great start to the New Year not only were we crowned Welsh Butcher’s Shop of the Year 2016-17 by Meat Management Industry in November 2016; we have just been selected as Winners of Best Butcher 2016 by Countryside Alliance otherwise known as The Rural Oscars.
