‚ÄčOur new bigger packs of bacon, twice as many rashers and perfect for families.

Our bacon is cured by hand and air dried, the old fashioned way to the same special recipe which we believe enhances the flavour and texture.

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging

  • Grill - From Chilled - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 4 - 6 mins, turning occasionally.
  • Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 3 - 5 mins, turning occasionally.

After cooking - Ensure the bacon is piping hot - not suitable for microwaving
