Dry Cured by hand using British belly of pork, thickly sliced.

Our Streaky Bacon is Dry cured by hand, using the same recipe and traditional process as our Dry Cure loin bacon, cured for days, air dried, and then cut into thicker rashers.

As well as being a favourite at Christmas, streaky bacon rashers are more popular on the continent than loin rashers so we have combined our traditional recipe and process to make a fantastic all year round alternative to loin bacon.

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging

  • To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 4-6 mins, turning occasionally
  • To Shallow Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes,turning occasionally

After cooking - Ensure the bacon is piping hot - not suitable for microwaving
