We've been making our award winning sausages using traditional methods for over 30 years. We use high quality ingredients, and source the finest cuts of Red Tractor Pork shoulder because we think it tastes better.

This is our best-selling sausage in a great value Family Pack. Its mild peppery flavour is great as a breakfast sausage, with mash & gravy or on the BBQ,  Filled into Natural Hog Casings, it has a meaty bite and a great juicy taste.

These Sausages have won a Great Taste Gold award!  making them perfect for use in any of our tasty Sausage recipes.

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging

  • To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14-16mins, turning regularly
  • To Shallow Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes,turning frequently
  • To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

After cooking - Ensure the sausages are piping hot and no pink colour remains - not suitable for microwaving
