​We've been making our award-winning sausages using traditional methods for over 30 years and our extra-large Hickory Smoke BBQ Hot Dogs are no different.

This recipe has been made with Red Tractor Pork and a special seasoning blend to give the perfect smoky BBQ taste.

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging

  • To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14-16mins, turning regularly
  • To Shallow Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes,turning frequently
  • To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

After cooking - Ensure the sausages are piping hot and no pink colour remains - not suitable for microwaving
