Our bacon is traditionally cured by hand, the old fashioned way to our own special recipe.

After days of curing, it is air dried, and cut into thicker rashers which we believe enhances the flavour & texture.

This brilliant bacon has won a prestigious Gold Great Taste Award making it the perfect ingredient for our bacon recipes.

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging

  • To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 4-6 mins, turning occasionally
  • To Pan Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes,turning occasionally

After cooking - Ensure the bacon is piping hot - not suitable for microwaving
