Like our traditional Dry Cure bacon, the smoke version is traditionally cured by hand, but instead of smoking Loin after curing, we add a natural smoke flavour during the curing process.
This means that the flavour is cured through the meat for days and penetrates deep into the loin.
We believe this method delivers a deeper, more subtle flavour and again we slice it into thicker rashers which enhance the flavour & texture even further.
For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging
After cooking - Ensure the bacon is piping hot - not suitable for microwaving
