Made from cured British Pork Legs

We believe a Gammon "Steakā€ should be exactly that, so we make ours thicker when we slice it from our cured pork Legs.

We use our Traditional Recipe cure but in a brine because sometimes a pork Leg is thicker than other cuts and this helps the cure penetrate through the whole leg.

This and the thicker slice means that when it's cooked, it keeps more of its succulence which delivers more of its flavour when you take a bite.

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging

  • To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 11-15mins, turning regularly
  • To Shallow Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 9-11 minutes,turning frequently

After cooking - Ensure the steak is piping hot - not suitable for microwaving
